As part of the ongoing development work at Wimbledon, Factory Furniture were asked to supply a selection of our popular Tree planters. The Tree planters were to be installed near the world-famous No. 1 Court and other locations on the site. The order comprised of a selection of standard TREE planters and some bespoke 3.5m long planters. All of the planters featured a sturdy galvanised steel frame with a stainless steel top rim and FSC Iroko panelled sides. The Wimbledon brief required that it should be possible to relocate the planters by forklift even after planting. In 2019 the AELTC ordered some more street furniture from us including some PIK picnic tables and some smaller wheeled planters that could be moved by hand.
